You are strong and resourceful. Most often you have achieved what you set out to do, and you are not passive even when you are not active.
Set your intentions and know what kind of life you want to live. Keep that intention in front of your eyes and breathe in the life you want. That is all you need to do; leave the rest up to the God Force.
There are times when you have done excellent work while following effective strategies. After all is said and done, lie back, place your hands on your undulating belly and soak up the sun–there is nothing else left to do!
At such times, restlessness, self-criticism, and anxiety will poison the seeds that you have patiently sown. Be grateful for each breath that comes in and hug the ones you love. Just soak the sun while you detach from the final results.
