Dharma

There is something you must do every day; it is part of your texture, who you are when you breathe easy. It can be riding horses, creative writing, taking care of children, being a silversmith.

You are wired and chiseled for it–it is your dharma.

If you set this task aside, you will slowly go insane because your Soul will stop speaking to you. Your arms will wrap around your chest and you will shrink instead of expanding into joy.

When you undertake Dharma, there is consistent clarity. You see, you and everyone has the potential to be crazy, and the other side of our Self remains wise beyond all strength.

When you are engaged with Dharma, Spirit breathes within and kindness prevails as fear sits back in its dark cave. Boredom is for the restless person agitated by the madness of others.

In your dharma, there is no crowd to follow, how could you be lost in the masses when you are drunk with stillness within? Each of us, joined with our core, feel Oneness and Self-Love. Then, we fall in love with life.

Dharma is sanity at your center and craziness always threatens “out there” in the periphery. Just Because there is so much “out there” do not be distracted; stay inside with dharma.

That one place and activity is very center of your world.
