Do some reality-testing for a week, and see what percentage of your worrisome expectations about the future actually materialized in the way you imagined.
You create a tiger in your mind, and are terrified that your tiger will eat you! Psychological fears are not real; they are puffs of smoke.
Nothing that you create can destroy its creator!
Wake up each morning and vow to walk through one puff of fear that day. Life will blossom til infinity.
