Never try to change someone against their will, instead manage their personality and quirks–work with their personality and beliefs, not against them. If you find what makes someone tick, what their core beliefs are, you can work with those same beliefs to solicit their cooperation.
In the history of the world, no one has ever influenced another while working against the later’s beliefs.
Wherever you get off the plane, no matter which distant land, as you set foot on that land, ask yourself one question, “What do these people believe in? What are they passionate and emotional about? What core beliefs and values do they live and fight for?
When you find these answers, you have access to people’s subconscious minds; once you control a person’s subconscious, you enter their heart.When a person thinks that your beliefs jive with theirs, you suddenly become their blood brother or sister.
After that, my friend, it is just smooth sailing! Oh, one last thing though, use this philosophy to better the lives of those that you are influencing.
