Some people wake up, it doesn’t matter when; and they realize that a Liar in their head has been choking them from a noose. And oh, what a price they have paid for believing that lie!—aspirations put aside, relationships broken, financial ruin, youth lost, self-induced illness, and shutting down of joy in their heart.
Each mind goes astray at times, and when these moments repeat; the Liar’s voice in your head turns into conditioning–like a trance that is believable to the entranced.
The Lie could be, I do not deserve, I will never find love, I am poor, I am not attractive or powerful enough, women or men can’t be trusted, love hurts too much, etc., etc.
Usually two things break your trance, one is extreme pain and pressure. When the ego is backed against a wall with no room to maneuver, ego breaks down and freedom from the noose begins a new life.
The second force that breaks the trance is another person who can see beyond your trance. Most people do not see their own blind-spot, yet another person who cares, can see your folly.
One of these days, you will awaken to the price you have paid for believing The Lie. On that Holy day, you are no longer willing to live in a trance; you will see no reason to lose joy, love, money, and success to a short-circuiting wire in your mind.
It is only your decision to laugh at The Liar and leap out of your noose. You will be scared as you leap into a new orbit, but so be it; you are leaping into the unknown, and the unknown is where freedom lies.
God Speed,
